To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

  • Clear photos or a video demonstrating the defect must be provided

Products that are fully functional and in proper condition are not eligible for return, even if the customer is dissatisfied or the product does not meet personal expectations.

How to Start a Return

If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
